All Level Krav Maga Classes

King Krav Maga has the most effective and efficient self-defense system. Krav Maga training is based on simple principles and instinctive movements. It’s a reality-based system that is designed to teach extremely effective self-defense in the shortest possible time and after just a few classes, you’ll notice an improved awareness of your surroundings and reaction time. The discipline was originally developed for the Israeli military and is now the preferred system for U.S. military units and law enforcement agencies. Our classes teach you how to prepare yourself and how to react to a possible sudden attack with confidence, instead of fear. In each class, you’ll begin with a set of warm-up exercises and endurance-building drills to get your heart pumping and muscles loosened. Our instructors will show you what a “strike” is, whether it’s kicking or punching. You’ll practice these strikes on kick shields, punching bags, punch shields, or mitts. You’ll also learn a series of self-defense moves that utilize the strikes you have just learned.  You will work with a partner and we make sure you both will safely practice the defensive moves together.

Kid Self Defense

The goal for our Kid Tuff program is to provide youth with strong role models and lead them to reach their full potential in society, by building character, creating an atmosphere of love, and confidence. Our youth have the ability to be themselves allowing our Instructors to be on the same level as them and build them to their full potential. Through our program, we believe that with consistent dedication we will change the vicious cycle occurring in our communities. In this program, we use various developmental skills, including our 7 core goal building blocks to help build character, visual alertness, mental/physical/spiritual strength, discipline, structure, leadership, and goal setting. The potential of what your child will learn and accomplish in our program is priceless. Our youth program will increase self-confidence, self-awareness, self-discipline, improve the ability to focus, build morals, establish goals, enhance self-control, increase emotional control, create the ability to think logically, strengthen integrity, increased hand-eye coordination, test their strengths, increased knowledge and understanding, thus increasing self-esteem. Our physical regimen will help them to grow stronger muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, strength development, faster metabolism, greater physical capacity, and lower injury risk creating a better sense of self.

Women’s Self Defense

The overall goal of our women’s self-defense program is to empower women’s confidence levels to stand up against potential attacks. We have created a Krav Maga class for women by women. Learn in a safe and judge-free zone. We empower each other and help each other overcome past traumatic experiences or simply help each other become better warriors. Women’s self-defense classes don’t only teach practical and effective martial arts, they also cover numerous ways to avoid and navigate dangerous situations. If women have this proper knowledge and training to react accordingly, when faced with these grim situations there will be no sad/traumatic outcomes period, Statistics show, every (9) nine seconds women in the United States are the subjects of assaults both domestic and other wise. According to the NSVRC 1 in 5 women in the United States experienced completed or attempted rape during their lifetime. It is estimated that 734,630 people were raped (including threatened, attempted, or completed rape) in 2018. These numbers are alarming, but with the proper knowledge and skill, we could learn to defend ourselves and our loved ones.

Elite Private Training

Private lessons are a great way to get additional, individual attention to accelerate your progress and take your training to the next level. Lessons are offered for students who wish to experience the power of one-on-one instruction. These classes are scheduled around the student’s availability and are perfect for students who are having a difficult time attending the group classes. During your private lesson, you will be working on material that you need the most help with a knowledgeable instructor. Our elite private training program is the ultimate tool in shaping your body and mind to be the best version of yourself. This training will enhance your strength, agility, and endurance. We offer a 20 sessions package in a 90-day program or 8 sessions per month private package. This program takes into account that traditional Krav Maga classes are not for everybody. With our program, we can offer personalized instruction allowing you to learn Krav Maga at times convenient to you. Private training allows instructors to work directly with you to help you rapidly achieve your goals.

You will learn your complete level 1 curriculum within those 90 days and be qualified to take your level 1 Test if you’re ready. You will also have the choice to get a health and wellness assessment that will tell you your current weight, body fat%, body water%, BMR, physique rating, body mass, visceral fat, muscle mass, and metabolic age for an extra cost, but completely worth it to track progress.
